1. Workshop on popularizing the archives and clarifying the decree (January 30, 2025)

The first significant activity of the year was participation in a workshop to popularize the archives and clarify the decree, organized at the Department of National Archives.

This workshop enabled:

• A clarification of the decree on archives by Mrs. Nastheho, head of the National Archives service, emphasizing the role of archives in the reception, restoration and preservation of public and private documents.
  
  
  
• A presentation of the access and awareness rules by Mrs. Kaltoum, Director of the Archives departments, recalling the importance of sorting, classifying and eliminating unnecessary documents before any transfer.
  
  
  
• An institutional closing by Mr. Mohamed Houssein Doualeh, Director General of the ANPC, emphasizing the urgency of preserving the archives in suitable premises and announcing a meeting with the officials of the Peltier University Hospital for the official transfer of the historical archives.
  
  
  

This workshop marked the beginning of a collective awareness of the need to strengthen regulatory compliance and to enhance hospital documentary heritage.
