Le Secr\u00e9tariat Ex\u00e9cutif et le si\u00e8ge sont confi\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019Etat de la R\u00e9publique de Djibouti. Par ailleurs, le 1<g id=\"gid_0\">er<\/g> plan strat\u00e9gique pour la p\u00e9riode 2007-2009 de l\u2019organisation est adopt\u00e9. administratif a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 septembre 2007 entre le FIGE et les services de la commission europ\u00e9ennes \u00e0 savoir l\u2019Office de Lutte Anti-Fraude (OLAF) et l\u2019Office de coop\u00e9ration EuropAid (DEVCO).<\/p><p>Cet accord permet aux deux parties de coop\u00e9rer de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et structur\u00e9e dans leurs champs de comp\u00e9tences respectifs pour promouvoir les principes de bonne gouvernance et contribuer \u00e0 la protection des fonds publics. La mise en place de cet institut s\u2019inscrit dans les objectifs strat\u00e9giques du FIGE qui a \u00e9rig\u00e9 le renforcement des capacit\u00e9s des institutions de contr\u00f4le, la \u00ab<em> Formation-Action<\/em> \u00bb, en domaine d\u2019intervention strat\u00e9gique majeur. <\/p><p>L\u2019Institut du FIGE, est bas\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019Institut polytechnique Felix.
